I spent my entire life believing I had a weight problem — but what I really had was a mindset, nervous system and emotional coping problem disguised as dieting.
I started dieting at 12, lived in slimming clubs, battled binge eating, bulimia, self-sabotage, guilt, shame, and complete emotional dependence on food.
At 30, I was 22 stone, exhausted, in pain, mentally and physically, and terrified I wouldn't be around to watch my daughter grow up.
That was the day I stopped trying to "diet harder" — and started learning how my mind, body, emotions and habits worked together.
I didn't just lose 13 stone.
I lost guilt, shame, fear, and food chaos — and built confidence, self-trust, emotional freedom, and a peaceful relationship with food.
Now I help women do the same — without extreme restriction, punishment, or "starting again Monday".
